Definitely a wine for lying down. The thing that strikes me most about this wine is the concentration of fruit and richness of the wine itself. It is very structured and silky. Once again, a big wine, with lots of ripe red fruit and a pure spice backbone. It has an aroma of grilled meats and smoke, and it carries over onto the palette.
